Refund/Return/Exchange Policy:

Our goal at Epic Motion is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

But like everything is life we understand that things change and your wedding or shoot might be cancelled or postponed. Please use the following guide to see what percentage of deposit you are entitled to.



Deposit for all weddings are set to 50%. Epic Motion will keep a part of the deposit as a handling fee and this increase with the time left to find a replacement wedding for that date.

6 or more months before the event = 80% of Deposit returned.

Less than 6 months but more than 3 months before the event = 50% of Deposit returned.

Less than 3 months before the event = 0% of Deposit returned.

Moving a date is only allowed if the new date is open for booking. A 20% handing fee is charged to move a date.



Deposit of 100%

If Epic Motion is unable to complete the shoot due to equipment malfunction, sickness or any other unforeseen reason a full refund is given.

Once an order has been sent and paid, Epic Motion has a strict NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. However the client is allowed to reschedule the shoot once to agreed upon date and time.


Albums ordered are considered a custom product and therefore there are no refunds/returns or exchanges unless:

A manufacturer defect is evident and reported within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date it was received

Damaged during shipping (a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and also must be reported within 48 hours after being received)

In the event the order was erroneously processed such as an error made on the size of the book or color/style etc., compared to the original recorded order.

Policy: Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Epic Motion does, of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards in every respect.
